LEADERSHIP PROFILES CATHLEEN HRTANEK

Cathleen M. Hrtanek joined The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC (“Inland”) in 2005 as Assistant Counsel and is currently Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President. In her capacity as Associate General Counsel, Ms. Hrtanek represents many of the entities that are part of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. on a variety of legal matters focusing her practice on real estate related securities. Ms. Hrtanek also assists with company-wide technology initiatives and law department management matters. Ms. Hrtanek serves as the corporate secretary of many Inland companies, primarily those involved in the syndication of real estate related securities. Prior to joining Inland, Ms. Hrtanek had been employed by Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Hrtanek has been admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and holds a B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
