Paul Rogers Senior Vice President
Paul Rogers, Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of Inland Real Estate Auctions, Inc. has been conducting auctions since 1985. Mr. Rogers has conducted hundreds of real estate auctions across the U.S. He has executed the marketing and sale of thousands of investment, commercial residential, and industrial properties. Mr. Rogers’ broad based experience includes the representation of significant financial institutions, corporations and real estate developers. Mr. Rogers has sold in industrial properties as diverse as a 500,000 sq. ft. former chip manufacturing plant located in Puerto Rico and the World Headquarters of Lamborghini Corporation located in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Rogers conducted the first condominium conversion for auction in Illinois, selling 59 units located in Evanston. Mr. Rogers has represented clients such as Intel Corp., Allstate Life, GE Capital, Bank of Montreal, National City Bank, CenterPoint Properties and Walgreens. Mr. Rogers has authored several articles related to real estate auctions including: “Time is Money,” published in the Industrial Property Report and “Debt to Equity,” featured in American Banker. Mr. Rogers lectures frequently before various professional, charitable, industry and trade groups. He is a licensed broker and auctioneer in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida, member of the National Auctioneer Association, serves on the Real Estate Committee of the Executives Club of Chicago and member of the University of Illinois Alumni Association.

James Blanchard Associate Vice President
Jim Blanchard, Associate Vice President brings over a decade of real estate experience including several years in residential and commercial property management to his position with Inland Real Estate Auctions, Inc. Over the past seven years with Inland, Jim has managed the sale by auction of over 1,000 residential and commercial properties for private individuals, institutional investors, banks, developers, large corporations and local municipalities. Jim has used his marketing background to successfully implement the latest electronic advertising techniques that, coupled with traditional marketing, have succeeded in achieving unquestionable media penetration for our clients’ properties along with an unparalleled rate of success. Christine Heep Director of Project Management
Christine Heep, Director of Project Management brings over 20 years of experience in real estate-related fields to Inland Real Estate Auctions, Inc. Ms. Heep's experience includes 10 years in commercial, residential and auction sales; in addition to 10 years in the commercial mortgage banking industry. Ms. Heep currently manages auction administration, execution, and advertising. Ms. Heep is an Illinois licensed real estate broker, member of Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is a graduate of De Paul University, with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Michael J. Gaffney Senior Consultant
Mr. Gaffney, as Senior Consultant, comes to Inland Real Estate Auctions, Inc. from
Gaffney Blanchard, LLC. Prior to this, he was CFO of the TCB Development. In
addition, Mr. Gaffney was the CFO for Gas City Limited, a multi-state gas station
and truck stop organization. He also has 25 years of commercial banking experience
in the Chicago area which includes the presidency of a suburban bank. Mr. Gaffney
is an Illinois licensed real estate broker, member of theChicago Association of Realtors (CAR).

Donovan D. Meade Sales Associate
Sales Associate of Inland Real Estate Auctions, Inc. brings over a decade of real
estate sales and finance experience for residential, commercial and industrial properties.
He also is experienced in property management, bank work-outs, foreclosures and
short-sales. Prior to joining Inland, Mr. Meade resided in from Los Angeles, CA
where he was a real estate consultant, senior mortgage consultant, operations and
business development manager for KB Real Estate Investment & Mortgage, Inc.
He managed all transaction sales, product development, operations, regulatory compliance,
marketing strategies, packaging the presentations of high value transactions to
both brokers and investors. Prior to his tenure with KB Real Estate Investment &
Mortgage, Inc., he worked for Fidelity & Trust Mortgage, Inc. and Wells Fargo
Home Mortgage, Inc. in real estate finance. Mr. Meade is a graduate of Hamline University
of St. Paul, MN, with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He is a licensed real
estate salesperson in the states of Illinois and California, along with holding
a Limited Real Estate Broker License in Minnesota.

Ira Becker Senior Consultant
Ira Becker, as Senior Consultant of Inland Real Estate Auctions, Inc. is a bilingual real estate professional with 22-years in the industry. He has extensive Project Management, Sales Management and Sales experience for national condominium conversion companies, developers and brokerage firms in Chicago and South Florida. As Project Manager, he managed the operations of three condominium conversion projects in South Florida with sales exceeding $25,000,000. In his Sales Management capacity, Mr. Becker managed a 570- unit condominium conversion project, selling more than $16,000,000 in a single year. He is a licensed Illinois and Florida Auctioneer and Broker as well as a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker. Mr. Becker is a certified auctioneer and graduate of the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City. He holds an MBA degree and earned his Diploma in Spanish as a Foreign Language from the Instituto Cervantes. In addition, he is a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and the Florida Auctioneers Association (FAA).

Ryan Nelson Director
Ryan Nelson, Director brings over twelve years of commercial real estate finance and investment advisory experience. He has achieved past success through his commitment to client needs and his keen understanding of both market and investment real estate fundamentals. Prior to joining Inland, he served as a Vice President of Sovereign Bank specializing in commercial real estate lending throughout the Midwest. Earlier in his career he served institutional clients in an investment advisory capacity at MB Real Estate and two prominent Big Four consulting firms. Acting as a client advocate and fiduciary, he developed customized strategies that consistently maximized value for his clients. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois. Mr. Nelson is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Investment Association and the Michigan State University Alumni Association.

Thomas Scheu Director
Thomas Scheu, Director brings more than 25 years of corporate sales and marketing management to the Inland Real Estate Auctions team. Thomas specialized in short sales and bank-owned (REO) transactions while owning and operating his own real estate company. Prior to starting his real estate company, Thomas held sales and marketing management positions with Fortune 500 firms including Honeywell, Pittway Systems and Grainger. There Thomas conducted the marketing due diligence for M&A in excess of $100 million while managing sales, marketing and application engineering. After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Thomas served five years active duty as an Army officer, and served another three years in the Army reserves. Thomas earned an MBA in the Executive Master’s Program at Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. Thomas holds the following real estate certifications and designations: IL Real Estate Broker, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Consultant (CNC), and Certified Internet Professional (e-PRO).
