Michael S. Poe
President
As President, Mr. Poe’s focus is on
daily operations, originating loans and assisting staff
in loan production. He joined the firm after spending
several years at another commercial mortgage banking firm,
where he was a principal. His primary focus is client
relations in the areas of securing debt, commercial sales,
and limited private equity placement. Mr Poe, a Commercial Realtor, sits on the Commercial Investment Committee for the R.W.S.S.C board of Realtors.

Joel M. Kaplan
Vice President/Senior Production Officer
As Vice-President, Mr. Kaplan’s focus is on loan
production. Mr. Kaplan has diverse commercial real estate
lending experience including agency (Fannie Mae,
Freddie Mac and FHA/HUD), life insurance company and conduit. Prior
to joining Inland Commercial Mortgage Corporation, Mr. Kaplan ran the Chicago office of a Midwest
based agency lender. Additionally, Mr. Kaplan is a licensed
Illinois Real Estate Broker and has vast knowledge of
negotiated sales and real estate auctions.

Lynn Tukiendorf
Servicing Administrator
As Servicing Administrator, Lynn ’s focus is on managing loan servicing. Lynn has over 8 years of experience in servicing all types of commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining Inland Commercial Mortgage Corporation, Lynn managed a portfolio of $1.5 billion for a Chicago based mortgage banking firm.
