As President, Mr. Poe’s focus is on
daily operations, originating loans and assisting staff
in loan production. He joined the firm after spending
several years at another commercial mortgage banking firm,
where he was a principal. His primary focus is client
relations in the areas of securing debt, commercial sales,
and limited private equity placement. Mr Poe, a Commercial Realtor, sits on the Commercial Investment Committee for the R.W.S.S.C board of Realtors.

Financial Analyst
As a financial analyst, Eric is responsible for every stage of a borrower’s loan request. From evaluating and analyzing due diligence materials, through loan submittal to one of our partner lenders, Eric stays involved and serves as another contact for our clients to use as a resource. Prior to joining Inland Commercial Mortgage Corporation, Eric spent several years in real estate investment sales focusing on multifamily properties throughout Chicagoland.

Prior to joining Inland Commercial Mortgage Corporation, Lynn managed a portfolio of $1.5 billion for a Chicago based mortgage banking firm.
