Inland employees are eligible for six sick days each year with up to 60 unused days being converted to "extended illness" days for future use.

The amount of vacation each Inland employee is entitled is determined by the years of service with the company and applies to both full and part time employees:

Years of Service Completed - Earned Vacation Time

    1-5 years - 2 Weeks (10 days)

    6-14 years - 3 Weeks (15 days)

    15+ years - 4 Weeks (20 days)
